Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 1775 platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive and applies to all parts of the platform, including the website, mobile application, and customer support services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the 1775 platform immediately.

Users are encouraged to set a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
If a user suspects that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, they should contact the 1775 support team immediately for urgent security action. The 1775 platform uses SSL encryption technology to protect all personal data and financial transactions. Users are also advised not to access their accounts over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks to minimise the risk of data breaches.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 1775 platform are required to use it responsibly and ethically at all times. The platform must not be used for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity that contravenes Malaysian law. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use bots or automated software, or manipulate game outcomes is a serious offence that may result in legal action.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that may damage the reputation, security, or integrity of the 1775 platform, including spreading false information, submitting harmful content, or harassing other users. All communications on this platform must be respectful, courteous, and free from racist, violent, or obscene material. Users who violate these guidelines may have their accounts suspended immediately.
The 1775 platform reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Users agree that all transaction records, gaming activity, and communications conducted through the platform may be stored and used as evidence in the event of any dispute. Full cooperation from users in any investigation conducted by 1775 management is mandatory and forms part of this usage agreement.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1775 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or payment method registered is in their own name; the use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. 1775 supports a range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and approved local payment services.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by management, subject to the chosen payment method and required verification process. 1775 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or does not meet identity verification requirements. Users must ensure that all payment details provided are accurate, as 1775 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
All deposits made are non-refundable except under circumstances determined by 1775 management. Users agree that transaction records maintained by the platform are final and binding in any payment-related dispute. Should a technical issue affect a transaction, users must contact the support team within 24 hours to facilitate prompt investigation and resolution.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 1775 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and management makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform at any time. 1775 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other damages arising from the use of the platform.
1775 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team and settling all pending transactions first.
Any claims or disputes arising from the use of the 1775 platform must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of the disputed incident. Claims raised after this period may not be considered by management. 1775 is also not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including third-party technical issues, natural disasters, or directives from relevant authorities.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 1775 platform — including logos, text, graphics, images, interface designs, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 1775 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law and applicable international intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1775 management.
The 1775 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services provided solely for user convenience. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 1775 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
